Join Bronwyn for a Cooking Demo & Talk on How to Cook Hearty Healthy Soups- Feb 5, S Burlington Community Library

Mastering the Art of French Cooking webSouth Burlington Vermont Community Library has put together an interesting and entertaining series on food and the changes happening in our community and across the country. I was very honored to be asked to be a part of the series and to be in the company of such fine food friends as Tovar Cerulli, Ben Hewitt, Diane Imrie and Nova Kim and Les Hook. Be a part of lively discussions on The Food Revolution: Community Working Together to Make a Difference, the first Tuesday of every month at 5-7 pm, through June 4, 2013. 

Please  join me at the South Burlington Community Library on Tuesday, February 5 from 5-7 PM when I give a  cooking demonstration on How to Cook Hearty, Healthy Winter Soups, and talk about my experiences through my “food family” with Julia Child and the importance of Mastering The Art of French Cooking in my life. 

Mark your calendars for upcoming talks to include:

March 5 – Visit the Farm hosted by the Bread and Butter Farm and Bakery. Visit the farm and bakery and learn about a local farming operation.  

April 2 – The Wild Gourmets featuring Nova Kim and Les Hook.
